Dannyjo Cox

A Chartered Surveyor with an MSc in Quantity Surveying and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, he combines strong analytical discipline with extensive commercial and operational leadership experience. Throughout his career, Dannyjo has led complex businesses and multidisciplinary teams, applying commercial insight, strategic thinking and sound governance to balance risk, cost and opportunity across multiple sectors. He is particularly passionate about aligning people, processes and partnerships to deliver operational excellence, sustainable growth and long-term value for clients, stakeholders and employees. Dannyjo is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence, continuous improvement and leadership by example.

Victoria Allen

Victoria is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with 20 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries, many of which with a large national housebuilder. At Dunton, Victoria is responsible for all financial strategy, modelling and reporting to the wider Vinci Group. She is experienced in system implementation and change management, and brings strong technical expertise to the company.

Nelson Tanyanyiwa

Nelson is responsible for all Dunton Group pre-construction activities. Nelson started his career as a trainee with Dunton and qualified as a Civil and Environmental engineer. Prior to re-joining Dunton in 2023, Nelson worked as Strategic Partnerships Director for Wates Construction, sitting on the south board and leading strategy development and implementation. Nelson serves as a governor at Walsall College and he holds an Executive MBA from Aston Business School.
