WHISTLE BLOWING PROCEDURE

At Dunton, we are committed to conducting our business with honesty, integrity and the highest ethical standards. We encourage employees, workers, contractors and business partners to speak up if they become aware of any suspected wrongdoing, unsafe practices or breaches of legal or ethical obligations.

Whistleblowing is the reporting of concerns relating to actual or suspected misconduct, including:

Bribery or corruption

Fraud or other criminal activity

Facilitation of tax evasion

Health and safety risks

Environmental damage

Breaches of legal or professional obligations

Harassment, including sexual harassment

Any activity that could harm the public interest

Raising a Concern

Where possible, concerns should first be raised with your manager. If this is not appropriate, or if you would prefer not to speak with your manager, concerns can be raised through our designated Whistleblowing contacts, Human Resources, or Health & Safety representatives.
