Neil Roe
Neil is a civil engineer and experienced director with over 20 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, civil and building projects. For more than a decade, he has specialised in brownfield redevelopment, site remediation and decontamination technologies. As Managing Director of Dunton Environmental Ltd, Neil leads the strategic growth of the business and the development of innovative environmental solutions.

Chief Executive Officer

Dannyjo Cox
Dannyjo, oversees operations, commercial, and technical departments. Holding an MSc in Quantity Surveying and a BSc Hons in Mathematics, he brings strong analytical and strategic skills. Previously, he managed operations for a UK PLC, gaining extensive experience in commercial leadership and organisational management. A passionate Wolves FC supporter, Dannyjo enjoys cricket and golf and is a member of the Marylebone Cricket Club, the Chartered Management Institute, and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence.

Victoria Allen
Victoria is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with 20 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries, many of which with a large national housebuilder. At Dunton, Victoria is responsible for all financial strategy, modelling and reporting to the wider Vinci Group. She is experienced in system implementation and change management, and brings strong technical expertise to the company.

Nelson Tanyanyiwa
Nelson is responsible for all Dunton Group pre-construction activities. Nelson started his career as a trainee with Dunton and qualified as a Civil and Environmental engineer. Prior to re-joining Dunton in 2023, Nelson worked as Strategic Partnerships Director for Wates Construction, sitting on the south board and leading strategy development and implementation. Nelson serves as a governor at Walsall College and he holds an Executive MBA from Aston Business School.

Chief Business Development Officer

James is responsible for regional strategy with over 10 years’ operational experience across environmental and mining projects. Beginning his career as a soil laboratory technician, he progressed to managing delivery for an underground platinum mine in South Africa. Since joining Dunton, James developed into a senior project leader, known for driving safe, high‑quality site operations through effective planning and resource management. Holding a Bachelor of Honours degree in Geology, he provides strong technical guidance across projects from inception to completion, with a clear focus on environmental outcomes.

Regional Director (North)

Anton is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 30 years’ experience delivering major civil engineering, construction, remediation, and stabilisation projects across the UK and South Africa. As Regional Director for the Midlands and Central regions at the Dunton, he is responsible for overseeing project delivery, health and safety compliance, and operational performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Nick is responsible for regional strategy, delivery assurance, and stakeholder engagement, overseeing complex project portfolios while driving commercial and operational performance. Known for a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach, he effectively bridges design, construction, and commercial delivery to ensure safe execution, programme certainty, and sustainable growth. Experienced in leading teams through change and resolving complex site and design challenges to achieve successful project outcomes.

Regional Director (London & South)

Elizabeth leads Dunton’s Health & Safety, HR, Environmental and Sustainability strategy, alongside oversight of digital systems that support operational resilience and performance. Since joining the business in 2017, she has progressed into senior leadership, bringing strong professional discipline and a clear focus on compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement. NEBOSH qualified and currently completing her NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety, Elizabeth is passionate about creating safe, high‑performing working environments.

Head of SHEQ

Ben is responsible for delivering the technical and contractual requirements across all company projects. An Associate Member of CIWM and WAMITAB‑trained with a Level 4 qualification in Contaminated Land Remediation, he leads teams of engineers and technicians to achieve compliant, high‑quality project outcomes while identifying value‑engineering opportunities for clients. Ben also oversees technical verification and the production of validation reports for clients and regulatory bodies.

Harry has a background in supply chain management across the aerospace and construction sectors. He brings strong expertise in procurement and supplier relationships and now focuses on quantity surveying, cost control, and project evaluation to ensure commercial efficiency across construction projects.

Commercial Manager

Tatenda Nyanyira leads all branding, marketing, and communications at Dunton, shaping the organisation’s profile and narrative across all channels. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Publishing and a Master’s in Digital Marketing, she brings nearly a decade of experience across healthcare, recruitment, government, and the creative industries. Known for translating strategy into compelling brand storytelling, Tatenda drives audience engagement, digital performance, and brand consistency across the business.

Marketing & Communications Manager

Andrew is responsible for creating and maintaining new and existing relationships with our supply chain partners. He works closely with the preconstruction and engineering teams to offer our clients a cost effective and innovative solution. Andrew previously qualified as a Civil Engineer before starting with Dunton in 2023 as a Site Administrator and has worked his way up to becoming a Site Manager before his promotion to Customer Relationship Manager for Dunton Environmental in 2026.

Client Relationship Manager

Keagan is an experienced waste management and sales leader with over a decade of progression at Dunton. Starting his career as an onsite apprentice, he advanced through operational roles to become a Site Manager, delivering complex projects safely and efficiently. He later led operations within Dunton’s waste treatment facilities as Hub Manager, building extensive expertise in treatment processes, compliance, and operational performance.

Jonathan Hill is responsible for managing and developing key client accounts as part of the Sales team at Dunton. With over five years’ experience at the business, he plays a key role in supporting client relationships, driving account growth, and contributing to commercial performance. Jonathan holds a BSc in Microbiology, bringing strong technical insight to client engagement and account management.

Key Accounts Manager

Praise Chirombo is a Client Relationship Manager and is responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Praise is proactive, detail-driven, and adaptable, balancing both project coordination and sales responsibilities to effectively support the wider business.

Client Relationship Manager

Michael holds a degree in Biological Sciences and supports the business in a Pre‑Construction Administration role. He is responsible for assisting with tendering and bid submissions, supporting the Sales team during pre‑contract stages, and helping coordinate information to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and well‑presented. Michael plays a key role in supporting business development activity and the smooth transition from enquiry to project award.

Tiffany Brough is a Sales Co‑ordinator at Dunton Environmental, supporting the Sales team and contributing to the smooth delivery of projects. With a background in administration and office management, she provides reliable operational support, helps maintain strong client relationships, and assists with internal coordination to uphold high service standards.
